Joining and Switching Workspaces

Easily move between teams, projects, or even create a workspace just for fun.

Updated over a week ago

Creating a New Workspace

  • You can create as many workspaces as you like — for your company, a side project, or even your family.

  • Each workspace is separate, with its own tasks, notes, people, and settings.

  • To create a new one, tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose Create New Workspace.

Joining an Existing Workspace

  • If you’ve been invited to a workspace, you’ll automatically join it after signing in.

  • If you sign up with a work email and someone at your company has already created a workspace, you’ll be added automatically.

  • You can also join by opening a workspace link shared with you (like yourteam.fabricloop.com) and signing in with your work email.

Switching Between Workspaces

  • Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Switch Workspace.

  • From here, you can easily move between all the workspaces you belong to.

Separate Plans, One Account

  • Each workspace has its own plan and is billed separately — so your workspaces can have different features, members, and pricing.

  • For example, your company workspace might be on a paid plan, while your family or personal workspace stays free.

Fabricloop gives you the flexibility to work across teams without the clutter.
