Tasks Overview

Everything you need to know about managing tasks in Fabricloop.

Updated over a week ago

Tasks in Fabricloop are fast, flexible, and built for real collaboration — so your team can stay organized and aligned without friction.

Create and View Tasks

Tap the plus (+) button to add a new task instantly.

You can view tasks in two modes:

  • List View for a clean, scrollable overview

  • Kanban View for drag-and-drop task management by section (like To Do, In Progress, Done)

All views update in real time across iOS and Web.

Assign, Group, and Filter

Assign tasks to multiple people — each person will be notified and see the task when it’s relevant.

You can also add tasks to multiple groups to organize by project, team, or goal.

Use the group filter to focus your view and eliminate distractions.

Smart Summaries and Task Details

Fabricloop uses AI to generate an automatic summary of each task, so your team can get the gist without clicking in.

Each task also supports:\n- Start and end dates for scheduling work\n- Priority levels — Low, Medium, High, Critical\n- Progress tracking as tasks move through stages

Rich Descriptions and Collaboration

Use the task description to add:

Rich text formatting — bold, italic, lists, code blocks
Uploads — attach images or files up to 200MB

Tags and mentions — link to groups with # and notify teammates with @

Anyone can leave comments on a task. When you mention someone, they’ll get a notification and see it on their Home Screen — keeping feedback in context and action-oriented.

Mark Done and Archive

Once complete, tap to mark a task as done.

You can then archive it from the Done section to keep your workspace clean — without losing history.
